Return Criteria... All products including jewelry, gifts, apparel, handkerchiefs, and linen products must be returned in their Original NEW Condition. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by all original tags and packaging. Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your refund or exchange. The Irish Jewelry Company reserves the right to deny any return if it fails to meet the return criteria and conditions.
Final Sale items mean all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom orders or made-to-order items re nonrefundable.
Items returned without a Return Authorization will be subject to a store credit only.
Packages shipped by us, returned by the shipper as unable to deliver after multiple attempts, incorrect address, or refusal will be issued a credit without shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Jewelry Returns... Jewelry must be returned in its Original NEW Condition. Any signs including but not limited to visual signs of wear damage including and not limited to scuffing, scratching, dulling of the finish, or tarnishing make the item unsalable and must have all original tags on it. Please be sure to read the product description carefully before placing your order to ensure that the item will meet your needs.
All Returns that DO NOT meet our "Original NEW Condition" criteria will not be credited and will be returned to the customer. We are not responsible for lost shipments of any items returned because they do not meet our return criteria.
