Christmas Return Policy

Christmas Gift Orders... Our Christmas extended return policy means all gifts purchased during November and through December 24th can be returned or exchanged up until or by January 7th. After January 7th all sales are final. We will not accept any Christmas returns or exchanges on purchases made between November and December 24th after January 7th. All returns must be received within 10 days of the issuing of the RA number. Thereafter all sales are final.

PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES DURING ALL HOLIDAY SEASONS.

Customer Service will have reduced hours of operation on December 24th, 25th through the 31st as well as January 1st due to the observance of the holidays and New Year.

All seasonal items are final sale after 12/24 and are not returnable after the holiday.
