We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind our service and products. If for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not completely satisfied with your gift, we'll exchange it or issue a store credit for the comparable value. We will accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 14 days from the date of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping Charges and Gift Wrap Fees are Non-Refundable.
NOTE: We will be closed from December 21- Jan 26th. Customer service will be responded to at this time with a delayed response. All exchanges and returns will be honored so long as the request is made before the January 7th deadline. All exchanges and returns will be processed the week of January 29th. All orders placed during this time will ship on January 27th.

What to do if your ring doesn't fit?
To avoid the delay involved in sizing your ring, we recommend having your finger or another ring size measured by a local jeweler to insure the right fit for your order.
If your ring doesn’t fit as you would like, we can exchange your ring up or down one size, free of charge. Your ring must be returned to us in unworn condition. Unfortunate;y you will have to pay the shipping costs..
We cannot resize the following customized rings:
- Rings that have been engraved
- Rings that are made to order.
